Water Crisis is Real !

Over 163 million people in India lack access to clean drinking water, making it the country with the highest number of people facing water scarcity.

India ranks 13th among the world's 17 "extremely water-stressed" countries, as per the World Resources Institute.

70% of India’s surface water is contaminated, making it unsafe for consumption and causing severe health issues.

Over 200,000 people die annually in India due to lack of clean drinking water, as reported by NITI Aayog.

More than 50% of India faces high to extreme water stress, with states like Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra being the worst affected.

85% of rural drinking water comes from groundwater sources, but over-extraction is leading to severe depletion.
